✅1. Accepting these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Volume Control - Home Launcher (the "App"), published by Reclaiming Engineers ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

🔊2. What the App does

• Adjusts media, call, ringtone, notification, and alarm volume.
• Offers a volume boost dial up to 300% for media sound on supported devices.
• Can be set as your home screen launcher, with an app drawer, dock, search, and widget.

Features may change, be added, or be removed in updates.

⚠️3. Volume boost and hearing safety

Use the boost at your own risk. Very high volume can damage your hearing and your device's speakers or headphones. Start at a low level, avoid long listening at high volume, and lower the volume if sound is distorted or uncomfortable.

Boost depends on your device. Some phones block audio effects, in which case the App limits volume to 100%. We do not guarantee that boost works on every device or with every audio app.

🏠4. Using the App as your launcher

If you set the App as your default home app, it replaces your current home screen layout. Your apps stay installed. You can switch back to another launcher at any time in your phone's settings, and you can uninstall the App like any other app.

💡 Tip: open Settings → Apps → Default apps → Home app on your phone to change your launcher.

📢5. Ads and third-party services

The App is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads, linked websites, and other apps (such as Google Play, your browser, or search apps) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
• Interfere with the App's ads, security, or normal operation.

The App, its design, and its content are owned by [DEVELOPER NAME] and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
