Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms governing your access to and use of Draw Music & Sound: Doodle Pad on Android.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Draw Music & Sound: Doodle Pad (“the App”, “we”, “us”).
By downloading, installing, launching, or using the App from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or install the App.
We believe creators should own their artistic expressions:
- Your Content Ownership: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all drawings, artwork, sketches, melodies, and songs you author using the App.
- Royalty-Free Audio Synthesis License: The internal synthesizer waveforms, sound generators, and digital signal processing (DSP) engines inside the App produce audio directly in real time. We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, broadcast, distribute, monetize, and incorporate any audio files (WAV), MIDI files, or video renders (MP4) you export from the App in your own commercial or non-commercial creative projects (such as YouTube videos, games, social media posts, music tracks, or educational materials) with no royalty payments or attribution required.
- App Intellectual Property: All software code, graphical user interface (UI), icons, branding, pre-packaged doodle templates, and sound engine algorithms are the copyrighted property of the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android devices strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or audio synthesis DSP algorithms of the App.
- Modify, adapt, patch, translate, or create derivative works of the App software itself.
- Bypass, disable, circumvent, or defeat any security checks, billing verification mechanisms, or licensing protections implemented in the App.
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or host modified APK files of the App on third-party stores or file-sharing websites.
- Use the App to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
The App provides optional Premium VIP upgrades to unlock all instruments, scales, advanced audio effects, exclusive templates, and remove all advertisements:
- Subscription Plans: Premium is available via recurring subscriptions: Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly, or via a One-Time Lifetime VIP purchase.
- Google Play Billing: All purchases are processed directly by Google Play. Exact pricing and currency are displayed within the App prior to confirming purchase and vary by country/region as determined by Google Play.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google Play:
Open Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select "Draw Music Doodle Pad" → Cancel Subscription. - Free Trials: If a free trial period is offered, you will be billed the standard subscription fee when the trial concludes unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the trial ending.
- Lifetime Purchase: A Lifetime VIP purchase is a single, non-recurring payment that permanently unlocks Premium features associated with your Google account.
- Refunds: Since all payments are handled by Google Play, refund requests are evaluated and processed exclusively in accordance with the Google Play Refund Policy.
The free version of the App displays third-party ads powered by Google AdMob.
- We strive to present ads without disrupting your creative drawing flow. Native ad units are clearly demarcated with “Ad Sponsored” tags.
- Optional Rewarded Videos: Free users may voluntarily watch a rewarded video advertisement to temporarily unlock a locked premium sound, template, or instrument for 24 hours. Rewarded video inventory is supplied by third-party ad networks and availability is not guaranteed at all times.
- Third-Party Content: Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, services, or websites advertised.
Because the App stores all drawing projects and configurations locally on your device rather than on remote cloud servers, you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your exported audio, MIDI, and video files.
Clearing app storage, performing a factory reset on your device, or uninstalling the App will delete all unexported local projects. We recommend regularly exporting finished songs to your device storage or cloud backup service.
“As Is” Provision: The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every hardware device, or free from data corruption resulting from device failure or operating system termination.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of artistic work, device malfunction, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms periodically. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
